CIS Module for AOI
Pixon release AOI CISM (lines scan Automated Optical Inspection CIS Module) for industrial inspection. Its high resolution optical image scanning technology can quickly and accurately detect foreign objects or surface defects in the production process.
AOI Automatic Optical Inspection: It is a high-speed, high-precision optical image inspection system. It uses machine vision as the standard technology for inspection to improve the shortcomings of traditional artificial visual inspection, high missed inspection rate, low efficiency and high labor cost.
AOI combines CIS technology, uses image technology to obtain the surface state of finished products, and then uses computer image processing technology to detect defects such as foreign objects or abnormal patterns, which is a non-contact inspection.
Put glass, cloth, wafers and other inspection objects on the conveyer belt to detect foreign objects on the surface, spot defects, and measure the length, depth and position.
Compared with the traditional CCD camera, the CIS module contains the lens, light source and other components in one body, which is small in size, easy to install and maintain. It is suitable for equipment with limited space.
