Pixon release 1200dpi AOI CISM (lines scan Automated Optical Inspection CIS Module) for industrial inspection.
This product integrates a linear high resolution 1200dpi(21um) sensor and rod lens and use different light source with different wavelengths to accurately capture the image of customers' inspected objects. It reaches high line scanning speed up to 100us per line through the multi-channel image output technology. By using optical image scanning technology, it accurately detects foreign objects or surface abnormalities in the production process. It assists customers in implementing the computerization, digitization and intelligent system of Industry 4.0 (Industry 4.0) to achieve high production efficiency.
